This is what may become a library of Google's SketchUp 3D models of Chinese joinery in the rosewood chinese furniture I inherited.

I'll start with a the rear corner joinery of a dining chair whose rear corner joinery opened up and could be studied. Here's a labeled photo of that set of joints. Note that in place of an integral tenon in the top of the leg, the chair's back upright goes THROUGH the frame and panel seat's frame, here the mitered corners of the fram has a hole cut in it to accomodate the chair's back upright. In the front corners, the leg's integral tenon goes into a stopped mortise in the underside of the seat's frame components.

I've done a simplified SketchUp model of the front corner's joinery - sans the rounding and coves and bead profiles. Here's a screen shot of the SketchUp model I've done and which you can download and play with.
